Jior Couture - Come at Me Mo! Review | October 2019 Polish Pickup | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

I received this polish in exchange for a review, all opinions are my own. Find out more here.

Obligatory thermal polish warning.

Back at it with a Polish Pickup Polish. Check back later this week for one more! This is Come at Me Mo!, the inspiration being The Momo Challenge that swept social media. This polish is $11.50 and there is no cap!

Polish Pickup is a monthly polish shopping extravaganza! Each month, there's a new theme (voted on by group members) and makers individually decide if they want to participate and create their own polish to meet the theme. This month, the store is open from 10/4-10/7, and you can buy as many or as few polishes as you want. The shipping is $3.00 total (US) ($5.00 Canada), no matter how many polishes or other indie goodies you get, and they combine shipping if you make more than one order during the weekend!

Jior Couture's info:

Come at Me Mo! is a black to green toned beige thermal with gold-copper-pink shimmer and iridescent glitter.

Glossy nail macro, transitioning.

Okay, so this is the perfect Fall/Halloween polish. It's green, it's black, it's kinda smokey and spooky.

For this polish, I used two normal coats and it was fully opaque. There weren't any drying or texture issues.

Glossy nail macro, cold.

Look at that water. It was legit 100 degrees when I was swatching and even inside, it was rather difficult to keep my nail beds/fingers cool enough to keep the polish in the cold state. So you get wet fingers.

The shimmer has such an interesting shift. In the above picture, you can really see the pink in it, but this picture really shows off the gold/copper.

Glossy nail macro, warm.

Ah, warm nails. You were way easy to achieve considering it's OCTOBER.

Look at the shimmer. It looks so different on the green base compared to the black one.

Matte nail macro, transitioning.

Oh yes, matte time. The black looks so much blacker here rather than the smokey/dusty that it looks glossy. As always, shimmers tend to disappear with matte top coats on.
