I just love a good sapphire blue polish. They're one of my favorite polish color options to pick out!
I used two coats and this was mostly matte. It dried down smooth and to a shine finish.

I love this polish matte as much as I love it glossy, it's just super pretty!
Formula: Very good.
Coats for Opacity: Two coats, mostly matte.
Ease of Dry: Normal dry.
Texture: Some noted.
