Literary Lacquers - Every God and Devil There Ever Was Review | September 2019 Polish Pickup | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

I received this polish in exchange for a review, all opinions are my own. Find out more here.

Back at it with a Polish Pickup Polish. Check back later this week for one more! This is Every God and Devil There Ever Was. The theme is Magic & Alchemy and is inspired by the comic The Invisibles by Scottish writer and chaos magic practitioner Grant Morrison. This polish is $12.50 and there is no cap!

Polish Pickup is a monthly polish shopping extravaganza! Each month, there's a new theme (voted on by group members) and makers individually decide if they want to participate and create their own polish to meet the theme. This month, the store is open from 9/6-9/9, and you can buy as many or as few polishes as you want. The shipping is $3.00 total (US) ($5.00 Canada), no matter how many polishes or other indie goodies you get, and they combine shipping if you make more than one order during the weekend!

Literary Lacquer's info:

Every God and Devil There Ever Was is an indigo blurple base packed with color shifting flakies and micro glitter.

Brush macro.

Bottle macro.

Glossy nail macro.

First off, loving the name. Second, love the blurple base. Third, love the rest of the polish. :D This is a perfect Fall purple polish!

I used two coats and it dried down easily, but there was texture. It wasn't a lot and it did smooth out with a single coat of top coat. It dried down to a satin/shine finish.

Matte nail macro.

I love this so much matte. The extra little bits are super poppy (very scientific terminology, can you tell I was Pre-Pharmacy before I dropped out?).

Formula: Very good.
Coats for Opacity: Two coats.
Ease of Dry: Normal dry.
Texture: Minimal texture noted.
Finish: Satin/shine.
Removal: Normal removal, no issues noted.
Top Coat Used: Glossy/Matte.

As always, let me know what you thought of this polish in the comments!
