Target Beauty Box - April 2018 Wakeup & Makeup | Frankly Kiersten Reviews

What is Target Beauty Box?: Target releases a Beauty Box every so often. It has now become a sporadic event, so make sure you subscribe to my email updates to know when the next one comes out! The boxes can be seen prior to purchase, and they are curated 100% with products sold at Target, so you can get the products you love.

How Much is Target Beauty Box?: The price has been anywhere from $5-$10, but you get free shipping with your Beauty Box purchase. You will have to pay taxes if there is a Target in your state, though. Every box comes with a coupon for a Target purchase, which definitely makes it worth the money!

Check out what has been in past Target Boxes here!

This box was definitely packed full of stuff!

I do not wakeup and makeup every day. Sometimes when I go to work, if I feel like it.

Theme card.

Info card.

e.l.f. Beautifully Bare Face Palette ($8.00) - This is a stunning palette. For deeper skin tones, this is perfect. I love the shade of the contour and the highlight, they were both just a bit too deep for my skin tone.

e.l.f. Beautifully Bare Blending Brush ($6.00) - This is the tiniest little brush ever. It's good for blending out powders, especially your bronzer/contour. It's too small to keep in my brush cups so I passed it along with the palette.

Dove Dry Shampoo (Coconut) ($1.12) - This smells sooooooo good. It's a smaller container so not a lot to try out, but I did like using this. It does a good enough job getting rid of the oil without leaving too much of a white residue.

Dove Dry Spray Invisible Deodorant (Sheer Fresh) ($5.99) - I don't do such a good job with these spray deodorants, I just make a mess out of it.

Covergirl Peacock Flare Mascara ($7.99) - Good, not great. It's not the worst mascara I've used, not quite the most in the way of volume or length, but it made my lashes darker and look nicer so...win?

Honest Beauty Makeup Remover Wipes ($3.99) - These work, not much on waterproof mascaras but general face makeup, they work. Nothing revolutionary.

Sonia Kashuk Brush Cleaning Wipe ($0.90) - These do a decent job cleaning brushes, not as much on super pigmented shadows or foundation buildup, but they clean enough for on the go. There's also an aerosol version of this that works equally as well but requires a washcloth to wipe the brush onto.

This box was valued at $33.99. Recently, more of these types of boxes have been spotted in Target as high as $15.00 and are scattered throughout the store (men's, women's, beauty, etc.). Overall, I liked the box. This box actually introduced me to the Sonia Kashuk brush cleaners!

As always, let me know what you thought of this box in the comments!
